A pleasant interview and despite not being offered the position, I felt like I got a lot out of it. The hiring manager had a really genuine niceness and questions were asked in a friendly manner. The feedback I got afterwards was very helpful for me moving forwards.

Went through final round with presentation, asked me to present on a specific paper that they chose. It was all done virtually. Had 3 rounds of interview, including with HR. Sounded like good benefits with pension option.

Polite and professional approach, there was not unnecessary detail, it was focused on my resume, i passed 5 level interview process, but in the final stage i was not selected, there was only one other candidate who reached to the latest stage like me, and she was selected and No explanation was provided to me why i was not selected. I was expecting a reason as poliste as their interviews considering i wasted too much time on those interviews....
