Went through preliminary interviews with recruiters, then with the hiring manager. Interview went really well, he assured me that there would be another interview within 2 weeks. After following up multiple times, radio silence. Finally was able to get an answer by practically nagging the recruiter because I was putting off a major life event in order to pursue this position. Super unprofessional.
