Went all smooth, but had the most awkward interview with the future "boss", probably younger than me and with 1/10 of my experience, likely out of University with Tom Clancy's books. Kept asking not relevant questions, felt disengaged and superior. My advice: you always have something to learn, don't see people with more experience as a threat to your position. I got declined the position, but I still work as the Head of /// in one of the biggest organizations in the world. Quite disappointed not for the outcome, but for not being given the opportunity to express my expertise.
