Had one f2f panel round. Very warm and welcoming people. More of a conversation than an interview. As the role has a lot of relationship and conflict management, all behavioral based questions focused on conflict, relationship management. Had another virtual round with a senior lead which was again around a set of behavioral based questions. Very quick response after interviews.

Processo formal, apenas etapa com RH. Devolutiva feita rapidamente, mas um pouco vaga, seria legal ter algum direcionamento mais específico. De qualquer forma o RH foi gentil e disponível, o que já é algo acima da média.
