Interview
They use the S.T.A.R. interview process for their interview. Also, there were 2 managers in the room asking questions. I feel in some instances I fully answered 1 manager's question, but not the other.

Provide an example of a time when you were able to successfully manage and resolve a complex customer issue seeing it through from start to finish
