Primo colloquio in videochiamata, potenzialmente anche uno dei successivi. Generalmente sono previsti 3 step. HR con domande generiche per saggiare l'interesse. Poi dovrebbe segurie un colloquio con il manager diretto responsabile per una parte più tecnica e alla fine con un responsabile per riqualificare l'interesse del candidato.
