I applied on line. Then I do not remember how long it took before i got a phone call, i would say a week. They set up a phone interview with a Hr representative on the phone. The interview is to give situation how you handled a difficult customer, what did you implement in work that was successful, work under stress, arrogant colleagues. Then they ask you about your experience, what qualities will you bring to the job. It takes about half an hour, then if you are approved, they set up a test you have to take. Depending on the position you applied for the test is different. That position required 3 tests - I would say they are not hard, sometimes a little bit tricky but all to all I see no point of them for that position, they are like IQ tests. Keep in mind it takes 3 to 4 hours and although I thought i am smart and will make them in no time, at the end time was not enough - so free your schedule for half of the day. The test is free and once you pass you get a certificate. Their site claims that almost all employees appreciate that test, so far no one besides Roxanne have done so.
After you pass the test, you get another phone call for an on site interview. I forgot to mention that on the first interview, you get introduced to the position summary, company and wage - I think there is room for negotiation, I am not certain. 12.5 to 13 was initial offer + if you work evenings there was a dollar and something on top. I goofed and shared my real salary which was under 10$ so i had no leverage to negotiate what so ever but I must stress that there might have been no room for negotiation at all and if I have said I am not satisfied, they might have just cancelled the process. Anyway you get an invitation for an onsite interview.
It consists of two parts - HR and supervisors, 2 of them. HR asks the typical repetitive questions - why do you want to leave your employer, how do you handle difficult colleagues, what is your future with the company, customer relations, how did you find about the job, current salaries.
The supervisors are interested in your experience, qualities, skills and then have a sheet of paper that to be honest has almost identical questions to those asked already two times by HR on both phone and on site interview. It takes 2, 2 and a half hours at most.
I guess i did bad on the interview or something else but I was not hired. Anyway even if there is no positive answer you still get an email from them that claims that you are the greatest person on earth but somehow they decided to take somebody else.
I did not reach that part but there is background check, reference check as well, and no one mentioned but it seems rather logical there would be a drug test as well.
