Interview
Had a phone interview with two managers and a lead on the call. Discussed my resume and the position. Boeing uses a set of standard interview questions in a process they call a structured interview. The questions are pretty generic and the key is to answer the generic questions with specific skills and experiences.
After the phone interview they made an offer.
