Applied online, got a call for an interview 1.5 months later, received an offer 1.5 months later.
The interview was a phone screening; I was told to call a number at a specific time, then was placed into a conference call with two manager engineers.
They asked what I felt were difficult S.T.A.R. questions, as none were directly related to me, my knowledge, or my professional experiences, but rather about how I react in very specific group situations.
