Interview
Was tough overall, had several rounds of technical questions. Questions were from basic electrical design principles but also including difficult design compromises etc. There was a behavioural round where they asked generic questions like why Boeing etc.

There was one interview. We discussed my background from active cell balancing research to PCB design to my teaching and other research. I was offered the job after a couple of hours.
Asking about willingness to relocate, prior work experience, start date. Then a series of personality type questions to see if youre a good fit for them. The interviewer was responding to emails the entire time.
