I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Chennai) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview was a telephonic interview, as I could not travel to their location. There were totally four people. The interview went on for nearly an hour. For each question I had roughly about 5 minutes to answer.
I have completed the interview and they have said they will contact me back. My profile is still under consideration and I have not been either offered/declined the job.

Question 1
Technical questions. The questions were focused on my current job and the projects that I do. Some of the questions include; briefly tell us about yourself in 5 minutes, what are the skills that you use in your current job? tell me your experience in <this> project. what are the course works that you have done which relates to our current requirement?
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.

A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
