Interview
The first thing you do is apply through their website. Then you get a call from HR to set up an in-person interview. I did my interview on my college campus. After you interview with them, they take a couple of weeks to get back to you about the role.

Tell me a time where you had to make a difficult decision for a team project. What was the result?
Few technical questions and few bechavioral questions, realy nice atmosphere, nice and qualified people. Questions were everything that you would expect it to be. They love STAR method. If you don't understand or don't know something you can ask for clarification

What was the situation when your work was cricitized
It was an overall good experience. There was clear communication and informative process. There was one technical round and behavioral questions about my experience. Multiple team members on the call.
The first interview is a screening call to check my student status, Visa and so on. I was asked if I'm looking for an internship or thesis, Administrative things were asked, no behavioral, no technical questions.
