I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2013
Interview
You must dress well and follow their model for answering questions. I was interviewed by two old dudes. It was a giant auditorium with cubicles everywhere. I went in and they closed the curtain and asked 5 questions if I recall. They'll ask questions and write it all down as it comes out of your mouth. It's been a while but they're generic questions, like describe a time when you did something that wasn't popular but you did it anyways and what happened. Etc

Question 1
I think it was, give me a time when you were asked to do something that you knew wasn't the best decision and you took a different approach.
Make sure you double, even TRIPLE check your form for the background screening. They will absolutely not accept human error. They will rescind your offer even if you have a logical resolution.
Made a small oversight when reporting my self-employment regarding the dates I operated under a legal entity and dates I operated as a Sole Proprietor. Even though I offered a resolution with documentation and the rest of my report was clean, they treated me as if I were some kind of criminal and rescinded the offer in a very rude manner. Would not even let me speak to anyone on the phone and I am blacklisted until 2019.
I turned down other excellent opportunities to take this offer. I am very disappointed at the manner in which they handled everything. Your candidates are human!!!!
