One phone interview with the five standard Boeing management questions asked. Absolutely no engineering questions asked. This was an interview with the hiring manager, group leads and the skill team leader.

Name a project where you had to take over as lead, due to the job not getting finished on time, and how did you handle the situation.
It was a virtual interview with 2 managers. It took about 45 minutes in total with most questions related to prior work experience. A straightforward and simple interview. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
5 star behavioral interview questions with the hiring manager and some of the engineers on the team. Then you hear back in 1 week to a month later depending on the role.
