It was all behavioral questions. They used the Star method of questioning and answering. The interview took about 50 minutes, and they asked less than 10 questions. There were a total of three people who were interviewing me at the same time.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (North Charleston, SC) in Mar 2015
Interview
I conducted my interview over the phone. Two first-level manager and two team leads conducted. To my surprise, they didn't really ask too many technical questions. It was standard STAR interview. They ask a lot of questions about how you have actually solved problems in the past, not just what you would to for hypothetical situations. IF you look up the STAR format and familiarize yourself with it you will do well
