There were 3 people in the room, the Hiring manager, HR, and a SME. Boeing uses the situational STAR method of interviewing: What was the situation, what was the action you took, and what was the result?

Interview
Structured interview process with hiring manager and team lead. 6 questions focused on decisions making and ability to apply skills to job. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine if you are doing well since the interviewers need to capture your responses by writing them down. Also, the questions are structured so that everyone is asked the same ones, however, this also prevents you from knowing how you are doing since you know ahead of time that all of the questions will be asked. I would almost prefer the interview be cut short if I'm not an obvious fit rather than waste everyone's time.
