It was held in Boeing Bangalore office. Initially Objective type technical exam were taken. Questions will be spanning from the Electrical degree course of medium difficulty level. Topics included Control system, Power system, Electronics, Electrical circuit analysis etc. And after that technical interview was be taken. The questions were basically from harness and Mil standard Connectors and plugs. After that a STAR format interview process were there. Basically they will give you a situation and they would expecting you to answer in the STAR format, and they would be transcribing your answers in the sheet. Interview Process everything appeared to be fine. After that next day they asked the CTC and other documents, including expecting salary. But didn't get any reply after that. Probably it would be salary issue, or something else, but HR should be courteous enough to disclose the status of the applicant, with in some stipulated time.
