The whole interview process was glorious waste of time. If your expected compensation is not in line with what Boeing generally pays, don't even bother to appear. They will initially say that they are ok with the package that you are asking but stop calling or replying once your candidature reaches the stage after which you discuss compensation. They will ask stupid questions on why this much package even when the candidate has started the process by saying that this what he/she wants. Interview process was simple with phone screen and onsite interview. Questions were easy.
