wasted my full days, I spent more than 1 hr for technical interview. 2 panels are interviewed me for more than an hour for simply time pass, they rejected me i did my answers very well. They are wasting our time for they want to get allowance for selection process.

A recruiter calls for schedule, Describes the process, later asks for schedule. It includes three rounds, 1. Coding and technical 2. Design 3. Leader ship discussion as per the booklet ( This is in my opinion the most toughest ) Out of all the rounds the most complex round is third round, it requires lot of preparation, make sure you prepare for the same.
