I applied for the job and was called for a phone interview and then an office interview a couple weeks later. The interview lasted about 45 min and was half in English and half in Italian. Very professional. The interview was conducted by a member of HR and an office administrator. Due to local bureaucratic laws i did not start physically working until a month later.
