I applied through Boeing Careers website, completed online behavioral, phone screening, pre-recorded interview, assessment center and another interview. Very competitive, assessment center was emotionally taxing, shadowed all day by HR staff

Describe a time when you identified a hazard in a team, and what steps you took to reduce this
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
