The process took a couple of weeks from application to interview. The application process was standard. The interview took place in Mukilteo and the process felt like herding cattle; from the computer generated email, requesting you reply accept/ decline in the subject line, to the "hiring fair" style interview location, with multiple interviews taking place behind curtains, in a large conference room. There was no communication that I would be interviewing behind a curtain, while hearing other people answer behavioral questions in other interviews. Surprisingly, I interviewed with real people. They introduced themselves, although they didn't tell me what their roles were. I'm assuming the worked for Boeing. They read off a script of questions, which were pretty expected, nothing out of the ordinary. I had time at the end of the interview to ask questions. I asked if they could describe the position to me, since they had launched into the script of questions right after introductions. I still haven't heard back about whether I got the role, but after the experience, I would reject any offer.
