Situation/Task, Action, and Result (STAR) based questions in an hour time slot along with being asked to talk through resume and prior experiences. Interview happened after applying online and was with a panel of full time engineers.
Interviewed twice for this role. All behavioral questions. First time, I gave my resume at a career fair & said I had a 15 minute "chat" the next day. Was rejected over phone call about two weeks later. Second time, I applied online and got an interview a little while later. Was rejected by email about 2 months later after I sent a follow-up.
