They call it a "Structured Interview." It's a series of extremely general questions asked via phone interview with a four-person panel. They were extremely general in nature and terribly difficult to answer to their apparent satisfaction.

Interesting interview process— the initial interview round was a behavioral/culture fit type interview and didn’t seem to mind that I had never worked with Java before. I would have been leading a team that was based in India.

Various generic enough MBA-type questions that sounded like they had been crafted by Deloitte or some HR consulting company.
Interview with HR and a panel interview with team members and management. Questions were mostly behavioral questions around past experience and project work and how it relates to the team and the work they do.
