Interview
The interview was very strictly formatted, which was helpful. The answers had to follow a specific framework (STAR), which helps you to properly hit all points of the question. The entire interview was behavioral.

Name a time that you dealt with a difficult teammate and what did you do?
6 questions star format based, asked about experience with software. Got interviewed by 2 people, very friendly and open to questions, interview took about 45 min and got good feedback from interviewers. They explained the program and what the role would be like.
Behavioral, fair and pretty easy. Was asked several questions that could be answered with the STAR format. Talked mostly about previous experiences, no technical questions. Asked about 5 questions in total

There were 3 interviewers and they mainly asked about situation and personality questions. Not much technical questions. Great people because they made you feel comfortable. I met them at the career fair so there were no extra networking event to go to.
