I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Tuskegee, AL) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was the best experience I had. It was a 3 person panel interview conducted at my university. One was a HR employee but previous engineer, two were current engineers. They were very laid back and recorded the responses on a laptop. I did not have to worry about eye contact but they were still very engaging nonetheless. No hard questions, or no bad vibes. They were really happy employees and down to earth. Never felt so at ease during an interview. I even laughed and joked with them at the end of it all. Truly the best experience I had. They really listen to what you're saying and how much of a person you were through it all.
Only one interview was conducted and all questions were entirely behavioral. This was a no-webcam interview and the STAR method was recommended. The questions were very intense and really tested your ability to think on the spot.
