Applied online on their job application site for an entry level structural analysis position, heard back within a week or two. Got an onsite interview set two days later. Sat in front a panel of 3 people like many others for an onsite interview. Started with a little small talk about myself. STAR questions were asked, about 4 of them. Got a couple of technical questions too.
