The day started with a welcome presentation, followed by: -a group exercise where we were to develop a product or service and sell it to the hiring managers -a written exercise where we were to analyse various communications with regards to finding a new business location, and describe to your manager which one is best -a presentation on a module you learned in university -a panel interview We were told we would be reimbursed for our travel expenses, and to submit our receipts. I did that, and never received reimbursement. When I was told I wasn't offered the position, they told me they would provide feedback on the assessment centre. They never did. Emails were ignored after that. This company views applicants as commodities, not as people.
