I applied for the position and within a week I received a call from the hiring manager to see if I was interested in the position even though there was no relocation offered. I said yes and we then scheduled an interview the next week. They interview with a structured (STAR) format, which are basically behavior based questions (Tell me about a time when...). STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result.

Question 1
Since all the questions are behavior based, I studied the requisition and made sure I had success stories prepared for the "competencies" section of the requisition. It went well and I received an offer less than two weeks later.
Make sure you double, even TRIPLE check your form for the background screening. They will absolutely not accept human error. They will rescind your offer even if you have a logical resolution.
Made a small oversight when reporting my self-employment regarding the dates I operated under a legal entity and dates I operated as a Sole Proprietor. Even though I offered a resolution with documentation and the rest of my report was clean, they treated me as if I were some kind of criminal and rescinded the offer in a very rude manner. Would not even let me speak to anyone on the phone and I am blacklisted until 2019.
I turned down other excellent opportunities to take this offer. I am very disappointed at the manner in which they handled everything. Your candidates are human!!!!
