First Interview purely technical in which they asked me so many questions. i was very much prepared and able to crack it. Second round was structure round in which panel consisted of 2 people . they didnt ask me technical questions they basically want to know how i handle different situation in job /getting requirements-> develoement. 2 round was very easy for me and i expected to recieve offer letter . however they said i didnt pass . i dont know what exaclty they are expecting and it was a complete wastage of time

First Round - Online test with MCQs and two programs. Negative marking is there. Second Round - All related to technologies you have mentioned. Basic should be strong. You will get cross questions based on what you are saying. Third Round - It is to check behaviour of the candidate and how he reacts to a situation. It follows a star approach. It looks easier but you should have good answer to all questions as it can be a decider. Finally HR discussion for offer.
