Don't lie. Be completely honest and trust that your previous job experience will help you. They want to be sure that you can be trusted and will do your job exceptionally.

Phone call with a recruiter, then one on one with a hiring manager. Lastly a phone conference call with about 4 other people for an hour. The entire process took around 2 weeks and was fairly well managed. I got the impression that there was a rush to fill this position. Unfortunately, the offer I recieved was extremely low. I hadn't seen an offer that low since I was a brand new grad with 0 years experience. There was no room for negotiations so I immediately turned it down. One of the few times I wished salary was covered earlier in the interview process (it was never touched on at all until I received an offer) to save everyone hours of time.
