I applied online for a position. I was called to set up an 1 hour phone interview. after a couple of weeks. There was 3 questions that they said they asked all applicants they were interviewing. They were very straightforward. I didn't hear back for almost two months, and then they came back with a job offer.

Mostly questions on how you handled experiences like failure in processes, or the project you think showed off your expertise most. There were no technical questions at all, but this is for a entry level position.
45 minute interview with two managers where you must answer questions regarding how you would act in certain scenarios using the STAR method. You will also need to describe your resume/career history.
