it was a structured interview process done over 3 to 4 rounds. However, the overall interview experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The whole process takes time and can stretch up to a month and a half depending on the availability of interviwers.
Mostly questions on how you handled experiences like failure in processes, or the project you think showed off your expertise most. There were no technical questions at all, but this is for a entry level position.
45 minute interview with two managers where you must answer questions regarding how you would act in certain scenarios using the STAR method. You will also need to describe your resume/career history.
