Interview
There are multiple steps I had gone through with Boring India
1. After scheduled interview, just I had the technical interview with panel and it was very good discussion
2. HR updated selected
3. 2nd round technical also selected
4. Manager round invited on Thursday but due to one of the manager not available so HR asked to reschedule
5. HR called me and asked me to prepare STAR based questions for manager round
5. Then reschedule next week on Monday
6. I have joined the call and two managers were joined call and seem like manager read the questions from book and asked STAR based questions
7. I have answers all with situation and examples which were happened
8. Slowly manager moved the questions to useless technical questions and irrelevant questions
9. I answered all & it was good
Really Boeing manager round of interview they followed worst process
Simply I felt like I have wasted the time because after good interview no selection
