I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Mar 2021
Interview
I had a virtual call with a group of 4 managers. They asked me a number of questions about my past technical projects and people management skills. It was an incredibly awkward interview, I was asked to have my camera and mic on while none of the interviewers had their cameras on, so I was speaking to a void. After I would answer a question, there would be about 30 seconds of awkward silence. Then someone would turn on their mic and ask the next question. I am not sure if they had already picked another candidate before my interview or what, but it was incredibly uncomfortable and felt like a big waste of time.
The interview was planned to include three members of the team. The recruiter contacted me to coordinate schedules, and after reviewing everyone’s availability, we agreed on a date and time for the interview to take place the following week.
