Very rigorous process with multiple rounds of interviews including a phone screening to start. They try to have a diverse group for the interviewing panel. Expect a writing test if you are applying for a communications role.

Negative and arrogant interviewing panel. A sense of pride and hypocrisy didn't gave chance to explain about myself. Interview was more technical but panelists didn't paid enough attention and it was more a 1 sided communication from my end which made things awkard
