Applied online, Panel of 3, 2 active 1 shadowing. Very casual all in their late 40s. The interviewers were supportive and repeated questions. They even dropped the questions in the chat box for my reference. That actually did not help and infact made it awkward I they waited looking at my face while I was reading their question. It broke the flow. However, I picked up at the next minute and avoided getting worked up.
