Applied online and attended Boeing info session. Got chosen for an interview. It was a 1 round in-person behavioral interview with 3 recruiters at once. Lasted about 30-45 minutes. Received an offer 3 days later.

Describe yourself. Why are you interested in Boeing? Describe a time when you had a technical issue and how you resolved it?
Only one interview was conducted and all questions were entirely behavioral. This was a no-webcam interview and the STAR method was recommended. The questions were very intense and really tested your ability to think on the spot.

The questions focused on my nontechnical experiences as an engineering student, specifically my experiences working in teams. After the interview, my interviewers gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the company.
