Tell me about a time where you worked with a difficult team member?
The process included a fairly standard interview with competency based questions. Video call with hiring manager as a first stage . The call lasted about an hour, everything was professional and well structured.

It was very easy and common. I was asked what type of research I had done for “projects”, what computer programs I currently use at work. Another question was the “what type of difficult situation have you been in at work in regards to a “project” & how did you resolve it?”.
