I was sent an interview time through email within a week of submitting an online application. There were 5 set questions from a panel of five people. Three of the interviewers were there in person and two telephoned in.Two of the five questions focused on working with people from diverse backgrounds. It was a quick interview that took about 45 minutes. I was originally told that they were hoping to make decisions in the next week. When I followed up after not hearing anything, I was told that they were now pushing the decision to the end of February. It is now the end of February, and I have yet to hear anything. I have not yet gotten a response to my follow-up email.
