Interview
They used the STAR interviewing technique. My interview was over the phone with two of their hiring managers. The whole interview lasted one hour. They each took turns asking me questions. Most of the questions asked were behavioral although some were technical. The best tip I can give is to be honest and sincere with your answers. My interviewers were very relaxed, and it seemed like they just wanted to get to know me.
