Interview
Technical interview for an hour on telephone with 2 Indian person. Second round for STAR interview with one person from USA & one from India. Interview held via WebEx & very poor voice quality. They asked question how to co-operate, do agreement. Most of question are useless for technical person. Both interviewer does not have much knowledge in SAP. In STAR interview, it is difficult to explain answer to such person who work in some other area. Overall impresssion is that useless STAR interview process is used to select tecnical person who already clear technical interview.
