The first interview is done via a website with no real person to interact from. At this point you are still just a data point and do not interact with any hiring managers or recruiters. It was composed of 5 questions and 3 games Questions: -Name something you were faced with that you were not familiar with and had to learn, how did you go about learning it. Games -One quick math game, simple addition and subtraction -One personality test based on your selection of one of two pictures -One special awareness test based on remembering the arrangement of boxes inside a square
