Applied online and the next day got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty normal and a few days latter I was asked to come in for an interview. The people were very friendly and the interview seemed to go very well. Most of the time was spent discussing my print portfolio and then after words they had me briefly do some work in Illustrator to assess my skills. They seemed pleased and were very adamant that they would call me by the end of the week. However a week in a half latter I got a generic "went in another direction" email. Kind of surprising, since the interview went so well, but what can you do?
