Applied online after seeing position listed on a niche marketing/advertising job board; had to submit cover letter and resume. A few days later I received an email to setup a phone interview later that week. Phone interview was pretty standard; was asked to talk about myself and my experiences and what not. After that I was sent a culture/personality test from HR the following day to complete online. I completed the test on a Friday and then heard back the following Tuesday to proceed to a face to face interview that Friday. The interview was also standard, more so a reiteration of my skills and qualifications and how they would fit with the position. It seemed to go very very well, I received compliments and a positive energy/connection that made me feel as if I had secured the position. Much to my surprise, though, I received the standard "Went with a more qualified candidate" email the following Tuesday. Overall seems like a great company with great people, just a little challenging to pin point where they stand/are looking for.
