Bojangles' Customer Service interview questions

First contacted by phone and had a short interview which was typical of lower paying jobs. Then had an in person interview which lasted about a half hour and included things such as where did I work before, how long I worked there, how I liked the jobs and duties, what was my most challenging position, and any problems I had. Why I left the company and would they rehire me. Am I flexible and reliable etc.
