I applied online. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Mechanicsville, VA) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview consisted of two area supervisors interviewing people at the location of the restaurant. They just talked to me about some of my personal information and went over the job requirements and starting pay. It was obvious that I was hired cause it was a new building and they only had a month to hire people and get them trained before the grand opening
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Columbia, SC) in Feb 2016
Interview
I went in for an interview at 3:15. It was done around 3:20. It was a one-on-one interview with one of the managers. I had to sit for about 2 minutes because no one told the hiring managers that I was there. When I walked into Bojangles, all the managers, total of 7, were sitting around a table. They all looked at me as soon as I walked in. One of the ladies came up to me and began the process. When it ended, she explained that they needed energetic people that can make people come Back to Bojangles and she asked would I be able to do that, of course, I said yes. It has been about 2 weeks and I called asking for the status of my interview and they replied with they haven't gone through all applicants and it was taking longer than expected.
