I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Concord, NC) in Aug 2019
Interview
I showed up at about 6 pm, and sat down in the lobby. He asked me typical questions and then about my availability. I am a student but as it was the summer I just told him my hours were open until late August. He said he liked me and said he'd pass along the message. An hour later I got a message stating a request to a background check which I completed and it was processed I believe a few hours later (max a day.) I came in for orientation (me sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to address me for two hours) then I clocked in and began the paid orientation which basically she gave me a laptop to watch videos on the company and answer questions afterward. I started the following Monday. Interview is super easy. I could've said "I just want the money" and gotten the job.
It was a good process. They asked fair questions and were very friendly. I wanted to work there once the interview was over, but I had to decline because it turns out I was moving away from the area.
