Two interviews, initial perception is professional and friendly. Applied online and they worked with my schedule for interviews because I was still employed elsewhere. Once hired was given the opportunity to work out two weeks notice with previous employer. Interviews were formal yet in a dining room and laid back enough to make you feel comfortable. They did not only care about my previous work experience but my community service and what my needs were going to be.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Ridgeway, VA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Was asked would I be willing to become manager for mostly night shift. Was told I would make more than other managers since I will be completely nights which was a complete lie. I was paid the least of all the managers there even ones who became managers after me.
