I received an email from Talent Aquisition / Recruiter at Mobilitie informing me that 'Our internal recruiting team has reviewed your application and we're interested in setting up a 20-30 minute call with you to discuss more about your background and the position'. 'Please let me know when you have some time this week or next and I will follow up with an invite'. We agreed on a time and date, and the agent called, and after the call, I was informed that she shall recommend the hiring manager I move forward to the next step. But I never heard back. I followed up after few days, and received an email stating that: 'We are pausing on further interviews as there are multiple candidates in the final interview stage. I will keep you updated on further steps..'. I never heard back.
